Dubai Publish Media Group has announced an exclusive strategic partnership with Vivenda, one of Europe’s leading companies specializing in out-of-home (OOH) advertising, with the aim of expanding both brands’ presence across premium markets in the United Arab Emirates, Italy, and Spain.

The agreement provides that Publish Media Group’s flagship asset, the renowned J1 Beach in Dubai, will be exclusively represented by Vivenda in Italy and Spain, offering European brands direct access to some of the most prestigious and high-impact media locations in the UAE.

In parallel, Publish Media will exclusively represent Vivenda’s premium portfolio in the UAE, with particular focus on the markets of Rome, Milan, and other major European cities. The collaboration aims to build a strategic bridge between Europe and the Middle East, strengthening the offering of luxury-oriented, high-visibility advertising solutions.

According to Sagar Chotrani, Founder and CEO of Publish Media Group, the partnership stems from a desire to build a global media ecosystem capable of connecting brands with high-profile international audiences. Vivenda Chairman Luca Maurogiovanni echoed this view, emphasizing that the collaboration represents an important step in the group’s international expansion and in enhancing premium advertising experiences in iconic locations.

Founded in 2006, Vivenda has built a strong presence over the years in the luxury OOH advertising sector, operating in some of Europe’s most exclusive areas and working with international brands in the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury industries.

The partnership between Publish Media and Vivenda aims to redefine high-end outdoor communication standards, creating new opportunities for brands seeking to strengthen their presence between Europe and the Middle East.
