The restoration and preservation works on the building have been successfully completed, aimed at maintaining its structural integrity and original appearance. The main interventions included the refurbishment of the cornices, the review of the facade and fence plastering, and the restoration of the windows. The exterior surfaces were treated with mineral lime-based paint, while the iron railings were restored with matte enamel.
Additionally, the stone surfaces were cleaned, removing harmful agents, and the gutter systems were reviewed. Finally, the roof terrace was waterproofed to ensure its durability. All interventions respected the building’s original features, preserving colors and materials compatible with its construction period.
