HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The building in question was designed by architect Luigi Moretti (commonly referred to as “Torri Moretti”), in collaboration with architect Zacutti, at the end of his professional career. The design was completed in the early 1970s, and the inauguration of the palace took place on October 8, 1976, in the presence of President Giovanni Leone. The complex represents architectural themes well-known to Moretti and variously expressed in his previous works. The property revisits the theme of duality, with a clear connection to the existing architecture, almost taking the form of a quotation, as the building reflects the original configuration of the lot, which was characterized by the presence of a pair of villas depicted in a painting by Carlo Socrate from 1927
